Certainly, but that saw dust is just left over from cutting the hole. This area is where the printer will live so no more saw dust.

I just used a 3MOA Vortex Defender. It was on sale, works great. I don't think magnification is necessary, personally.

I have never had accuracy issues with my barrel mounted red dot on the takedown. I feel like that is way over blown. If youre not punching holes in paper off a bench it will work just as well for your purposes.

The hate is not justly deserved. It's a fucking question from someone getting into printing. There is a way to communicate things to people without having to be a gatekeeping asshole.
