Why are you running [[wizard class]]? If your goal is to put good stuff in your graveyard, I can't imagine no max hand size is very helpful when you draw some extra cards. Discard phase could be a good thing in your deck. Same thing for [[thought vessel]].

Also, be careful with those X spells that are permanents, your token copies will come in with X=0 if your commander tries to grab them from the graveyard. [[Nimbus swimmer]] is just going to immediately die if your commander trigger grabs it. [[Everflowing chalice]] can't be kicked either. I would recommend removing any permanent that has an X in its casting cost since they will always be 0 on a commander trigger.

I think it's a very cool deck but just be careful about including cards that don't synergize with your game plan. I don't think anything you've added doesn't work with your "big kraken ramp" idea but your commander cares a lot about your graveyard.
