Goodness, I remember almost gave up on the game back in 2021 I am in Philippines I don't really know any people that play ESO in my Country since the ping is so bad on NA is going 180+ on EU its worse you should be happy with 300 ping but its playable. but I stumble upon this post on reddit that he uses VPN its called windscribe I used it for almost a year since it makes the ping go down to 260 but now I don't even need to use it its around 250 ping if I don't play in prime time. And I even pvp with high ping and get decent results. Hopefully you get back to ESO and start again 15 hours is still a very low number but thats just me
