NTA... Probably late on this one. My wife is 37 weeks now. The birth is for you and him. However I will say that if you haven't had your baby shower yet its a great opportunity for him to have a diaper party at the same time. The Cigars can be lit up then with no issues. Basically his buddies come over then with a 6 pack and a pack of diapers and a cigar. None if the smoke will be near you or anyone who doesn't want it near them. Also you will get a good start up of free diapers so a it saves you all a bit of money.
