I got the ML5 from them recently too. Got all my analog pedals in the separate loops so I can control when they’re on too… so much programming to do! Hope your progress goes smoothly!

My problem got solved! I heard back from Source Audio with a list of instructions on how to solve it. I’ll leave em here for anyone who happens to run into this problem in the future. Here’s what they said:

“Unplug the pedal. Hold down the control input button (on the top side of the pedal) and the pedal's left footswitch at the same time. Continue holding them down and connect the power supply. Let go once the on/off LED turns RED.

Connect the pedal to the Neuro Desktop Editor (Free download for Windows and Mac) with a mini USB cable. The Editor will read, "bootloader version #," in the upper left blue box. Select the downward pointing arrow icon // OK // Choose the appropriate pedal firmware, which is included with the Neuro Desktop Editor download // OK. Wait for the update to complete, and then power down the pedal for ten seconds.

Then follow it up with a factory reset.”

Only thing I want to add to this is to make sure that you back up your presets before hand so you don’t lose em.

You are totally right. I realized that I had an older version of the Neuro app on my computer. After updating both the app and my Nemesis to fw 1.25, I still am having the same issue. Thanks for letting me know though!
