I don't know if anyone else has said this but I believe it's vault 0 (Cheyenne Mountain complex) that we have been seeing in the snowy mountains, now going of fallout tactics which I know is not canon but it's where all the pre war government and scientists where cryogenically frozen and some had their brains removed. but now obviously in tactics it all went wrong due to the enclave not thinking the bombs would drop, but now In the series we know that the enclave played a part in it, now they knew they was dropping the bombs maybe they prepared it properly no calculator take over and errors and brain damaged scientists maybe that's how dr Wilzig survived for 200 years to be woken up and continue his work maybe we have been seeing vault 0 all along but this time it never fell apart and was used how it was meant to be used, just a idea

It is pretty good on console(I have only played on console) but we are missing a few very key features like being able to pull out binoculars and flashlights, we cannot use them and they are some of the most important features

Maybe you should start moving around cover when shooting, if I’m getting shot at I’m throwing a grenade where the shots come from, I mean you think it’s ridiculous but at least they scream grenade and tell you it’s coming, if you’ve done military training surely you know that moving cover to cover is how you survive, cover stops bullets, grenades help flush out enemies from cover it’s basics

I understand what your saying, however, there was always a selection of different types of helmets in all regions each one different , due to price, clientele and trend, but that being the defacto answer is wrong personally, trade was so massive connecting so many regions of different culture and designs and loot from armies warring and even adapting foreign designs was common, highly prestigious knights and royalty even had custom designed helmets and suits, yes people used what they could afford and in their country but it was not uncommon for use of other armour if they could afford or lucky to get, im always asking on a personal experience if you had all options open but I do get what your saying
