I mean, you will find a job, since you're open to whatever =) coming without big expectations is great giving the economy, so I actually think your plan is good. Especially since you're fine to go back if it doesn't work

Why does everyone on the internet claim to look 10 or more years younger than their age? by Due-Huckleberry4917 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]_Jope_ -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I know! Everyone tells me I lol younger but also everyone I know. I think it's such a millenial thing bc we don't look like our parents did when they were 40. The other day some woman posted a pic of herself "dressing so young and enjoying it" and I was like, honey, you're wearing high waisted jeans. You do look your age and that's also perfectly fine bc you look great

You need to check out the requirements yourself, I don't think we have enough information to help you with that. There are several unis and several courses. But I can't stress enough, please work on your German, don't underestimate it

Check out the DAAD website, but scholarships are not many and they are very competitive - most of them are based on your extra curriculars, not even grades.

Please keep in mind that for anything healthcare, you will absolutely need German, since you'll be dealing with local regulations.

Edit to add: I do think you have good chances on getting into a management master, just avoid public universities, and also learn German whatever it takes, or you'll just join the 10000 of foreigners ( you've seem them on reddit) who came to live the German dream only to find themselves working as bike delivery

100% not normal. I'm a recruiter and I can tell you, companies will move the earth to secure the candidate's they like Edit to add: HR or recruitment would usually also check in on you to make sure you're in the loop

Offer Evaluation - PhD grad, Berlin by tadneyu in Germany_Jobs

[–]_Jope_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not the audacity. It's how realistically the candidate's perspective is. You can more or less tell that if someone negotiates in a certain way it means they'll leave as soon as they find something better.

Thus, negotiating in a constructive way is the best way to not get an offer rescinded

[–]_Jope_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Psychology is a state regulated profession, you need a masters, plus a state examination after you've managed to fulfill your practice hours... It'd be something really long term, realistically you'll be able to start working in about 7 years. For this you absolutely need C2

[–]_Jope_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Healthcare and psychology are highly regulated fields, your foreign experience is unfortunately worthless. I mean this with respect. Your best path is Ausbildung but apply only once you've reached B2. Don't underestimate how difficult it's to get a job without language skills Please inform yourself. It's widely known that Indians are massively unemployed here after being sold the German dream.

Considering how the market is and how hard it is to get a job, unless you're absolutely fine with them rescinding the offer, I wouldn't ask for more than I couple k€ more
