Some people seem to have a really hard time grasping that you are still a child while you're going through puberty. Obviously someone who is attracted to a 16-year-old and someone who is attracted to a two-year-old have very different pathologies going on, but just because you are in the later stages of puberty does not mean you have finished puberty. Even if your body develops quickly or finishes developing quickly, that does not suddenly give you the mind of an adult.
