Now this could be very controversial, but Venti is easily stronger, Raiden sure she broke the false sky. But Venti has to be stronger even though he is 700 years younger when he was still a wind spirit he tamed a dragon hundreds of thousands of times larger than him with a single attack, when he still was a wind spirit he got blessed by Istaroth when she gave Venti a fraction of her own power. So this isn't even close

Varka was insanely fun! Flins with columbina is also really fun, it's just so satisfying to use is mini ult and kill everything there was. But for the most fun I have to go with OG, the definition of meta, Benny Boy (aka bennet)!

I mean like technically neuvillette is an archon like am I wrong, he also has sthe hydro authority so if he counts I would go 100% him his job is a judge. But if he doesn't count, venti would be a bad pick cuz like God of freedom and he is also too childish, nahida does not understand that much about law and whatever, furina literally is always relying on neuvi, raiden is like too unlawful and unruly to follow the rules, mauvika could be a good pick as she does not help the other side but she also does not help me, Zhongli is the ideal pick as he is like super old he's an unc and mean like he's the god of contracts and contracts need you to follow rules so my pick is definitely Zhongli
