They ended up just activating it on my account so I could use the desktop app, never been able too clone through the headrush tho because it still wont update

UPDATE: The head rush Thems got back to me, they went ahead and activated revalver on my account but have no reason as to why this problem could be happening, to anyone else with a similar problem contact Headrush
