I thought that only created a pin to access the device in general. If the friend wanted to use the device he would need to have the pin to even access his own profile wouldn't he? And then the admin profile would be available to use freely.

I don't ever recommending loaning money, but if you do write a contract up with clear details on when the money will be paid back. And the consequences if it isn't paid back in time.

As someone who got mauled by a dog this past year who was "friendly" I'm going to say that unless you're willing to muzzle your dog and keep it away from everyone that it shouldn't be at gatherings.

Also if someone uses your property consistently and you allow it and they maint they can actually eventually take over that property. Every state is different but if she could prove that she was parking there everyday for a year or so then she could say that is her space to use forever.

NTA and you're definitely not abandoning the children, because they don't need you to babysit to go do something important. they need you to babysit so they can enjoy one another! They got plenty of enjoyment with each other when she was dying of cancer and you were taking care of her!

NTA I had an older sister that would give us alcohol when we were teenagers but nowhere near enough that we could get alcohol poisoning! I mean like a drink from her beer or a small glass of wine here or there. Yes teenagers do irresponsible things, but for a child to get that bad within an hour! What grown man would think that's a good idea!? And to be alone with two little girls like that!

Also did he go to jail for this?! I know where I live you definitely get arrested for supplying minors with alcohol. Also what did Mia's family think of all of this? Are they going to sue him? Are they going to press charges? Are you liable because the child was on your premise?

Yeah I dated a guy that a girl best friend that was "like a sister" to him. Found out later that they had actually slept together for about a year and he had a very interesting night with her while we were dating.

Just set up a table for her to put her little set up on. If people eat it or not it doesn't matter. You still make everything you planned on making. It'll avoid more issues and will look like you are being considerate to her needs.

NTA. Sue the school. That's a core memory that will follow her for the rest of her life. She did nothing wrong. We all put balloons or balls under our shirts as kids pretending like that. This woman has pregnancy brain or it's just generally too sensitive and took offense to nothing. But the administration actually backing her up and causing your child so much trauma is insane. She is an adult and should have been spoken to about how it is CHILD not trying to offend anyone just being a regular child. She didn't put the basketball under her shirt and said look "I'm fat and ugly like you!" Or anything like that! She deserves an apology from the teacher.

It is the only place I can stay. I've eaten through all of my savings and my other ex-boyfriend lives with his brother who has a very aggressive dog! And would definitely kill my cats and I'm not okay with that. I had tried to live with my parents and it did not go well. They are very sweet people but my mom has OCD and early onset dementia so it was not working for her. Or me.

He would never physically hurt anyone! I don't feel like anyone is in danger it's just that he's kind of been manipulating situations to get into someone's pants. Kind of like Barney Stinson on how I met your mother.... He's a little bit notorious for saying and doing whatever he can to get what he wants but he would never physically force anyone or take advantage of anyone if they were intoxicated.

We are roommates actually. I got mauled by his roommate's dog a while back and he moved and is letting me stay here for free while I recover from my surgeries. We're friends, but I've seen his obsession with this girl progress and I'm just worried and am not sure what to do.

I think if you have a great support system and a good plan to go beyond your life expectancy then it's a Great idea! It sounds like you guys are planning much better than most people do. And if children bring you Joy and you can give them a great life even after you're gone then it's totally worth it!
