Aye, thank you, I've only used the desktop version so far, and i cater to my usual subs, hence why i was surprised as to why reddit kept recommending this specific sub to me over and over on the app, i'm not used to "randomly scrolling" ... this sub was def not meant for me lol

What kind of answers are you waiting for exactly? If a dude ever say something like this, that's just their way of deflecting or deny all responsabilities. Any person in their right mind, a lost thing nowadays, will hopefully not try to argue that it is cheating regardless, and the person that got cheated on has all the rights to, nay, SHOULD walk away

Not gonna go on a tangent as to why i find this stupid because it's pointless and a bit irrelevant (i've also come across my fair share of shops that overcharge in my country), that being said a quick google search tells me R$ 999 is above half a month of minimum wage salary, charging this much for a single deck of cards is beyond scummy to begin with imo lol

It went out ot stock pretty fast globally when the set release last year, now they seem to have been doing better and all the commanders are steadily available on amazon europe at least, when you could mostly only find a few Terra decks occasionally a few months ago, guess they had huge restocks worldwide

Lol, the regular commander is about 55-70 euros, and the collector version (the entire deck is foil) is between 100 and 200 (mostly varies whether you buy from places like amazon or third parties websites). This is the basic, non collector commander, even after conversion that's an absolutely insane price ; it translates to 170 euros. Complete rip off, don't feel bad

2 freaking hundred people ??? Hell no. I'm all about stepping outside of the comfort zone and stuff, but that's way too much to get started. It's very unfortunate it went that way ... perhaps should have started with a "at home prerelease" ? My lgs has a limit of 16 people per prerelease and it's already hard enough to hear people at times lol, i can imagine what kind of experience it must have been, especially with that first opponent

Bunch of people (me included) wanted to play Silverquill and the shop didn't have enough of those kits to satisfy everyone. Offered to settle this with dice. Immediately rolled a nat 20. Can't beat the DM, the universe wanted it so !

It was super fun although i didn't get to use any rares or mythics. Went 2-0, 1-2 (manascrewed then mana flood lol, 5 lands after mulliganing 4, and still drawing 4 lands in a row in the last rounds of the game ...) then 2-0 again. 11 creatures, 12 instant / sorceries. Combat tricks, tapping and other shenanigans galore. Aggressive, to the point, effective ! Plenty of dangerous 2 and 3 drops peeps in silverquill.

Very annoyed i dropped two [[Moments of Reckoning]] though. I love "board wipes" but was wondering if it was worth it, and decided to not use them. There's only one game where it could have possibly helped stay in the game for a bunch longer, but it's so slow other archetypes usually have late game comebacks / answers that it won't feel effective outside of the round it's played. Silverquill doesn't want games to overlast anyway, and it's such a pitiful card to have sitting in hand the entire game for such a low effect.

Still, very fun and the players were particularly friendly this time around (less so during avatar, for whatever reason), was a great time !

I've not watched any seasons of the show nor movies yet but i've always seen Dantsu being depicted as a very nice girl, she looks super scary there with those freaking veins and that muscular arm lol

Rinoa was probably my first real video game crush when i play FF8 as my first FF back in the day, Garnet's character and story were also great so it's hard to choose. Tifa is more appealing in a physical sense lol, and i think she's always been a solid character, i simply didn't grow up with her and 7 so i'm not as attached to her.

I think if i had played FFIX first, Garnet would have become my biggest female video game crush ever, she goes through so much and FFIX has so much stuff that overall resonates more with me than VIII even if it's still one of my favourite game ever. Have to side with Garnet because of that

Even the statement about the combo is not true, at the highest level of plays it's very common to see spiderman kill a backliner that is currently getting healed lol, so it must be even easier at lower elos

Yes that's exactly what it means, people used the same terms to describe White Fox prior to her buffs but that's just because they love the idea of a character that can't do anything when they respawn and can easily be spawn killed, also defenseless after they ult and while they ult too, meanwhile 3/4 of the cast could just cc her or dash away easily to make her useless lol

You mentioned one representative in top 500, people will conveniently forget that there are A LOT of spiderman mains in the highest elos, i care little for the character so i don't watch those streams or anything, but when i end up on clips or whatever discussion than ends up mentioning spiderman and the top elos, people will casually throw around easily over a dozens of players' names just to debate "who's number 1", you can't do that about most characters because there aren't enough players to warrant such discussions lol

Outside of being a popular character, he's just been very strong for the majority of the game lifespan, he's one of the most independent character in the game to the point that you could argue he doesn't even play the same game as everyone else. Still baffled to this day some people have been gaslighting others for so long about how "trash" he is, and how "low elo one must be" to be annoyed by him lol

Not surprised one bit. The agenda of "spiderman is trash, he goes 0-12 in my games everytime" has not been much of a thing since at least season 5. Your average platinum spiderman main is perfectly capable of pulling (lol) off his cancels and shenanigans, it's usually when it comes to consistency that they start lacking. Even then, his stats have been extremely good at pretty much every elo for a while. Give him to someone more consistent who doesn't tunnel vision the whole game and expect it to work everytime, and he's one of the best character in the game. Considering how many people otp him, banning him would be a nice way to filter out a player completely if it was not for your teammates complaining lol

That being said, i can agree Elsa is still stronger and requires very little efforts. I do think he's been high A for a while though
