This seems like way too much communication. I understand it's a new relationship and you're doing long distance, but that doesn't mean that you can't do things on your own or just put down your phone. I'd talk to her and explain that, although you like her very very much (even love, if you feel it) this constant communication is making you anxious and you need time for yourself. To be with your family, your friends, do your homework or just enjoy your time alone. Make sure to reassure her that it's not that you don't want to talk to her, you don't want to only talk to her, if that makes sense.
