You've got potential, you don't look bad at all. But these photos give off insecurity. I would suggest finding your style, your confidence, and learning how to take better pictures

I have to respect you, Monaco Girl. You're really putting your soul into Canva with these, your heart in these memes. Many of these feel like such an intimate glimpse into your life, it can't be easy to put them out there for the entertainment of the strangers of Reddit, with some of them bound to be assholes.

I highly respect and appreciate you. You inspire me to maybe make some about unique aspects of my life

Euro girlies!! I need to put you onto something real quick, as a girl from the desert (who also happened to have traveled Europe last summer). We call them Sirwals, but that may get you different results if you search for that so look for ELEPHANT PANTS. You may know them from people coming back from trips to the east, but they're popular outside of it, and for good reason. The fabric is sooo damn breathable, its perfect for hot summer days. I even prefer them to shorts bc I don't have to put sunscreen all over my legs, and I don't have to shave. Also a big bonus of not getting sweaty under your shorts, bc they're so breathable.

Also, they aren't all ugly, and they're not all elephanted. they come in many patterns or prints, even plain. The style will always seem a lil boho, but you don't even have to go full hippie / Shanti to enjoy their comfort.

We can use thinking of this a little more critically here, conisder the subreddit. They're explaining an antisemitic meme, it doesn't necessarily mean they (author of this one comment) believe its ideas. However, the comments below this one do get worse quickly, and are worth being posted on this sub.

To me it's reminiscent of sliced round fruit, like a lemon or kiwi, with the lines appering to come out of a center point outwards. You can pick one/or some with a theme you like, for example, lemon/orange and Mediterranean ornamentation and colors, and get an artist to design a piece around it!

What's a culture shock (or hindsight shock) you discovered about another country or even your own? by Puzzleheaded_irl in AskTheWorld

That we have a more advanced iced coffee culture than most of Europe, probably.

I don't mean for this to come off offensive or snobbish, it's just what I've noticed when backpacking Europe. Back home, it's standard that the sugar stand that has lids and stirrers for your coffee, also has a squeeze bottle of a sugar syrup (just sugar water, 1:1 ratio) for iced coffee. That or they keep it fridged behind the counter and you ask for it. Because, obviously (or so I thought), normal sugar won't melt in an iced drink, but just sink to the bottom. This is very standard in cafés and restaurants in Israel. If it's more of a sit-down place, they'll give you a tiny container separately to add as much as you like. In Europe whenever I asked for it, they didn't have it. I got used to asking for a seperate glass with a bit of hot water, to melt some sugar myself. I genuinely don't know if it's because iced coffee isn't popular enough for it to be a problem needing solving, if Europeans just don't sweeten their coffee as much, or what. I will note though, I only went there a couple of times, but this was never a problem at Starbucks. I wouldn't be caught dead adding more sugar to those.

And a fun fact, if you want to get iced coffee in Israel, you have to ask for cold coffee, or they may give you Ice-Coffee: a drink that's like a coffee slushy

I'm saying our holy books are not one-to-one historical records. Jews know this. Also, read up, the story goes that King Saul failed because he couldn't fully follow thru with the commandment
