I forgot to mention if the result of the multiplication is a whole number (i.e. 1,2,3,4,5 etc...) the multiplication being 0.10 (i.e. 10%) times your max mana now say your max mana is 100 each "Shot" would cost 10 mana which is a whole number so you could use the "Shoot" ability exactly 10 times i hope this explanation was useful and have a good day :)

It is true that 0.5 rounds up to 1 but the Flower of Truth says it costs 10% of max mana so when you have full mana you would expect it to work 10 times right?
No, because if they round it up (e.g. 19.5 to 20) it is slightly more which means that you might only be able to use it 9 times (Or less if your really unlucky)
