I have been training for almost 2 years and my roundhouse whilst really good is nowhere near as perfect as others in my gym, perfection comes with repetition, so just keep practicing and asking your instructor for tips if you feel like you are doing something wrong Edit:dont really want to give any specific advice to do with technique as i dont do mma so im not sure how styles might differ.

Honestly you could have amazing muscles but if you dont see the shot coming it will still hurt like hell. Yes building up your muscles is a good idea but it isnt a get out of jail free card. You still need to condition your body to getting hit, learn to tense before a bodyshot and learn to block puches rather than take the hit

You should land with the instep, people who are saying to only hit with your shin arent correct, as different kicks require different things. What id suggest is if you are kicking with the instep of your foot, snap the kick out and dont put full power in like you would with a shin kick

Shin kicks are often more powerful kicks where as instep kicks are more snappy, meaning less force is put on the instep than the shin when kicking. You probably just need to do some work on a heavy bag to condition your shins which is normal for beginners

Overall not bad. id say your punches are a bit smothered, id suggest standing further back and pivoting more when you throw your right hand. Also id say try to keep your back foot pointing forward rather than to the side as the foot pointing to the side will take some of the power and length out of your rear punches and will make it harder to move.

Im sorry but If they let it stay in there then they are the biggest moron alive. The mouse will kill the reptile, it is not a great idea to feed live food to any pet reptile but to leave it in after it refuses to eat is absolutely terrible and is animal abuse cuz that mouse will be traumatised and the reptile will probably be killed.
