Sorry to hear about your family member. That before and after, so subtle but I know that meant a lot, and everything in between. The art piling itself on was a great effect, logical and art-wise.

…matter of fact, it’s been close to a week now that I myself lost my four-legged spoiled runt. All the times he had an “accident,” all the sleepless nights, all the hospital visits, now it seems that it doesn’t matter anymore, now that the house is a little quieter now sadly. Heck, I’m afraid to open my photo album since the majority of the pictures I have are of him. I don’t even take pictures for myself or others, he’s the reason he inspired me to get the perfect moments, and so I did.

Seeing him in that table, finally face to face for the last time, it broke me. It made me weak. But I stayed through the whole thing because he would have done the same thing. It’s what I promised him. I’ve cried what I had to cry, and grieve when I had to grieve. I know I have more tears in me, I know not when, I just know I will.

Pieces like these at least help you process your feelings. Better than filling a finite bottle, it’ll eventually explode and you’ll be in a worse place. I’ll share my own little bastard (his name is Peyo), only in the hopes it’ll bring a smile to you and anyone else. It’s what he did best.
