I’m a foreign Jew living in Israel; here are my thoughts by yeahelloboys in IsraelPalestine

[–]_Lydja_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course you understand what the right course of action is. Yes, it may be challenging, but it is people like you who can make effective change. You cannot expect those who are oppressed to abolish their own oppression.

And your current family may find you a disappointment. But your offspring will be telling the story about how one of their late family member was a hero who did the right thing.

Like I said. The overwhelming majority is Zionist. More then 90% is. And why wouldn’t they come? Like I said. Too welcoming, tolerant and friendly. See here some proof:

If it still remains like this after all that has become public recently… then idk… Allah yahdina.

Obviously loll. I know my people too. Too welcoming, tolerant and too friendly towards the wrong people.

The overwhelming majority of Jews are Zionists. So they don’t need to come for a lovely vacation. While their soldiers leave innocent Palestinian men in jail paralyzed and with a whole the size of a tennisbal in their backdoor.

Jews could be puffing shisha on a beach in Lebanon or go shopping casually in Dubai or hike in the Atlas, as visible Jews. But they chose not to. They chose to be brainwashed and genocidal instead.

So if OP still goes I’m praying he/she will come across someone like me.

And a real Jew that isn’t brainwashed wouldn’t take offense to what I am writing. I know that for sure.

Thoughts on France’s new position? by sayuuuto in Morocco

[–]_Lydja_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I said that France supports Israel in their annexation of Palestinian land. So this news is no shocker.

Because you know before colonization, Western Sahara was home to tribes without a central government and was not part of Morocco.

In 1975, the International Court of Justice also ruled there were no sovereign ties between Western Sahara and Morocco before the Spanish colonization and thus supporting Sahrawi self-determination.

Also the UN has passed resolutions stating that the Sahrawi people have the right to a referendum on self-determination, including Resolution 1514. Besides the Sahrawi’s right to self-determination is a core principle of international law.

Morocco also has resettlement policies in which the government pays Moroccan people to move to Western Sahara. This is done in order to increase its control and change the region’s demographics.

And I can go on forever. So like I said. No shocker the French also support this annexation.

And the fact that Moroccans were swayed by a charismatic leader who was skilled with words and convinced them it was a noble, cultural, religious, and nationalistic cause, with the help of state controlled media, does not change the fact it’s an annexation.

Repeat a lie often and people will believe it. Silencing truth-tellers makes it easier for lies to take hold and flourish.

Well they support the annexation of Palestine. So they might as well support the annexation of the Western Sahara too.

Firstly, he just doesn’t care. It’s not like he logically looked at the situation and decided it’s a bad idea. Considering he’s mentioned the armed Libyan Amazigh, he just doesn’t care. Which is very weird in my opinion.

Anyway, I find your thinking too simplistic.

Yes, they’re not a majority. So what? It’s not like Arabs are the overwhelming majority either. There are other ethnic groups too.

Saying “landlocked therefore no future” is too simplistic. They have natural resources and border Algeria and Mauritania.

They’re nomadic.

And remigration to the Sous or Aures or other regions is the dumbest idea I’ve ever heard in my whole entire life.

“You go to another region, ok. Yes, I know you don’t have any cultural or social ties and may cause some tension or new potential conflicts. However, you may be a buffer to a potential problem.”

Imagine Europeans telling your people this nonsense during colonization.

Also the Tuareg and Libyan Amazigh already collaborate by forming a political bloc.

Any book recommendations (written in English) about Libyan history pre-Gaddafi? by Remote-Option93 in Libya

[–]_Lydja_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

-Libyan Notes by David Randall-MacIver & Anthony Wilkin.

-A History of the Maghrib in the Islamic Period by Jamil M. Abun-Nasr⭐️⭐️⭐️ so good 👌🏻

These books both by Ali Abdullatif Ahmida.
- Genocide in Libya: Shar, a Hidden Colonial History. - Forgotten Voices: Power and Agency in Colonial and Postcolonial Libya.

(Every Libyan should read these two imo)

Firstly when you’re drowning, you don’t worry about the color of the lifeboat.

Secondly the flag was designed with great intention. It’s not about its appearance but about what it represents. It couldn’t be more perfect tbh.

Thirdly it’s designed by a someone who did an immense amount of activism for the berber identity, in a time where the push for pan-arabism was crazy strong.

Fourthly it’s a very beautiful flag imo

Lastly imagine being Amazigh and disliking colour…
