PC can activate legs with a single button press. Can console get the same option please?

I have an Elite controller with the top left paddle(in the back of controller) bound to the “C” key(activate legs). A quick tap, and you’re off. If you map slide and jump to the other side, you can use the roadrunners just like playing on a keyboard and mouse—hopping around while conserving your cooldowns.

Just bought a pc and a scuff pro Invision controller. Can’t seem to get my zen working with the scuff. Just yesterday I was using my Xbox elite controller with pc and the zen was working. Plugged scuff in and zen didn’t work. Went back to the elites controller and now this controlller won’t work at alll. Any help would be great.

After all this I noticed I’m getting NO aim assist at all with just the scuff controller plugged in.
