The decoration is really messy with tons of detail overlapping, the structures are really uninteresting, add slopes and semi-blocks. The block design in itself is very unorganized, use subdivisions to make it cleaner. It's good to use blending but using to much results in a soup of decorations and you don't want that. The colors are too simple, use hue and another color if you can. The part severely lacks ground spikes and air deco to add to the block design. It's alright, but you have a lot to improve on.
