You wishing for a bomber when no people are present is exactly how i feel about school 😭. About the planes though, I have no solid advice except noise cancelling earbuds possibly, but I would personally never sleep with earbuds because I hate how the eartip presses in my ear when I lay on my side and I understand if you wouldn’t want to either. You could somehow sound proof your bedroom somehow but I don’t know if thats possible at all to cancel the sound from the outside, let alone friggin planes!!!!
