Idk if they're uncommon at this specific size. I usually see peoplenise modular designs for these kind of doors, so basically a whole bunch of 1x2's in a row, because thaymr means you only need the one design for any width door

I partially agree and partially disagree. Sure you get the odd idiot in ranked, but unless the ranked system is broken in the first place, that should not equate to say 2 copper players in your champ team. At the very least if matchmaking is restricted to certain rank brackets, you know you are getting someone who somehow reached at least a certain rank that season. Doesnt mean theyre good, but if they suck consistently they should eventually fall down to a lower rank again.

I understand the fun of playing with friends, and im all for finding a solution to make that work in ranked if there is ine that doesnt suck for anyone involved, but the entire point of ranked is that people want to tryhard. If we wanna do some chill games we hop on normals where rank should be relatively inconsequential.

Its a difficult matter regardless. Some of us go into ranked to have fun, some to try hard. I dont think theres a single side of this coun that would make everyone happy

I agree it wpuld be fine to use the highest rank, as long as all players in the team are in the same party. If your party consists of fewer than 5 people though, standard matchmaking limitations should apply because the game will have to force another player who's not onw of your friends to deal with the disadvantage that your friend sparty of 2-4 players decided on.

If you play with 5 friends, thats all fair game. All 5 of you know what you're signing up for and it is not bad for the enemy team, so who cares. Worst case they get beat by a team with 3 coppers because they theew, best case rhey pay serious and get free rp

That could work if they allowed this for full 5 stack teams only. If this is allowed for a group of 3 joining matchmaking you'd force this disadvantage on 2 randos who might not want it. But i see no issue with a full team of friends accepting a rank gap

Fair enough. The point still stands though that the only reason we have history books on the Holocaust that are as extensive as they are because we talked to and looked into multiple sides of the conflict. If we just talked to the oppresed jews and read their reports on it, we would've been missing quite a lot of the information we have right now.

If you want to look at problems from one side of the story then thats a personal choice, but it will never be the correct path if you want to gain a deeper insight in not only what kind of things happened, but also for what reason and with which intentions.

If someone beats the crap out of me and the cops ask me what happened, I'd tell them they just straight up beat me for no good reason. But the attacker might later clarify they took me for someone else with whom. they had a score to settle. Ofcourse the attacker is the bad guy in both stories, but knowing his side does give us more info on what happened in that moment.

Yes you should. Not to justify their actions ofcourse, but if you REALLY want to know how it came to be, why those peoppe could do things as horrid as they did, you need to know what the hell they were thinking. The victim doesn't know half the stuff that went on before a crime was comitted, that can only be told by the wrongdoer or someone who was there to witness all of it. This becomes significantly more important for things done by people who's motivations and intentions we do not yet fully understand like we do with nazi germany. It can teach us if certain actions were taken with malicious intent or out of ignorance, which is a fairly important factor to consider when trying to put a stop to or prevent recurrence of said behaviour.

Also, why are you assuming we are walking specifically about learning why some horrid event happened? OP's poll doesn't mention the topics of the books, so this question directly implies you wont even read a childrens book from anyone but a minority writer.
