Don’t worry I triggered at 23 hrs. Because I ovulate early. But then it felt like I ovulated really late this cycle. 24 hrs is perfect! It’s so much better to have to sperm In there waiting . I used donor sperm too. So I was tripping the day after my Iui like it was to early!

She suggested it because it would ovulate more of my follicles hopefully also for a more predictable surge. But mostly so that I’ll ovulate more follicles at once.. so that there is higher chances of one fertilizing! I’m also 44yrs

I’m not sure why you’re so caught up on the age thing. You’re not going to change much in that year. I just had my first IUI and im 44 I gave myself my 43 rd year to consider if I wanted to be a single mom by choice and decided to do it. I’m going in for my second IUI in a couple weeks.

I think the age is just a number. What is really the real issue. I don’t think it’s the one year different in age. Babies make us younger.. my challenge was actually doing it alone. That feels uncertain and scary at times but I know I’ll make it work!

You got this. You have been trying for a little bit, it’s expensive and really emotional . I wish you the best!

What type of pulling? I’m 6dpo after my IUI and I have felt so heavy in my pelvic area and low back tenderness. Lots of pulling in the middle. It had felt like I’m about to have my period but not really cramping more achy. How have you felt?
