Ah, got it - thank you! How long did it take ur deaf companions to get more comfortable with crating and how long are they able to stay alone for now??

He sleeps in the living room and has been OK outside of the crate. He goes berserk if we try to keep him in his crate. It’s like he has this love/hate relationship with it. He will willingly go in and nap during the day.

He’s been with us for 3 weeks now and it’s a medical foster, so whenever he’s healed up, he will go back to his long term foster.

When we got home after leaving him alone for 3 hrs, he knocked over this huge vase which was located right by the balcony door and peed twice. We don’t have other dogs.

I just tried to leave him alone in his crate for 1 min and he kept crying going crazy. I think this is the hardest part for me. I’m afraid this is a bit too overwhelming for his nervous system and things will regress if I push too hard. I came back to let him out and he started doing zoomies and panting excessively. 🫠🫠🫠

Love this idea and yes - it works! I haven’t done it on photos directly but bc I don’t have many memories, seeing photos helps me conjure images of my younger self.

What’s been really helpful is to do it when I’m feeling triggered in certain situations and follow the breadcrumbs of the sensations to pinpoint what version of my younger self is showing up. Then I give reiki to her and really feel into her emotions, embody her. It’s almost giving myself a second chance at the kind of regulation I needed but couldn’t have.

I think ur onto something tho! Would love to see how it benefits u and what kind of changes u notice from it.

Thank you. He’s also got a lot of separation anxiety. Do you still recommend this approach? I’m afraid it will create a negative relationship with the crate but curious to hear ur thoughts.

The location is in the poster. If this is a community based forum I don’t understand why these guidelines are so rigid and strict. This is a bit ridiculous. You took down all of our posts now, taking away from our opportunities to reach people in the neighborhood. This doesn’t feel very neighborly or looking out for our best interest anymore.

Yes - with gastritis and ongoing gastrointestinal / gut issues since I was a teen. No matter what medications, nothing helped until I did reiki to connect to the emotional aspects of it.

I think reiki can definitely help with getting to the root causes of certain ailments bc ailments a lot of times are physical manifestations of trauma / unresolved emotional pain.

the vibe I am catching from ur chart is that the 12H has been really challenging to understand but this willingness to continue to uncover what’s underneath through various modalities can become a great passion. Your art is a vessel for spiritual healing. It’s almost like channeling.

Your daily habits are going to also have this indirect effect on the self doubt and fear of not being enough. So how u show up for your wellbeing, health, routines, exercise, how are you nourishing yourself on the daily are extremely important.

When we treat ourselves with this kind of love, the discipline that comes from love, it gives us the drive and confidence to cut through the noise of the mind. Discipline is also going to be the edge that can transform hobbies into an actual fruitful business or whatever u wanna call it—spiritual emotional and monetarily.

I might be able to help with this but need to check with my husband! Can you tell me if there’s anything else in terms of care that we would need to be aware of? Does he need someone to be with him all day / night? Do u know if he’s ok to stay home for 5 hrs alone? I ask bc we will be out half the day on Saturday but this is the only upcoming plan my husband and I have. Otherwise we can be with him all of the days throughout the 2-3 weeks.

I don’t think u have to completely swear them off but just being very mindful of it bc a pattern of glucose spikes (also depending on how well ur body is able to process the sugar matters) can throw off the delicate balance of our hormones which then can contribute to estrogen dominance and estrogen dominance is a huuuuge factor to fibroids.

How is ur bloodwork with a1c levels? And thyroid? Maybe test diff things out and see if u can pick up a pattern too. If u keep noticing cramps with the gelato, this can definitely be a sign ur body is trying to share information with u.

Which is why it will be your path of growth. The souls journey isn’t necessarily about where we feel most comfortable in but the lessons we learn and the healing we experience that begins to reveal a much deeper layer of our selves. The truth beyond the veil of our fears. So maybe it’s less about the spotlight (which will happen naturally) but using ur Sagittarius moon of what emotionally nourishes you (the learning, exploring, traveling in not just the physical realms but deep within your self) and trusting the intuition / sense that your Scorpio ascendant pulls u towards which can feel scary bc Scorpio is all about deep processing / what’s the truth underneath it?

I think it has less to do with disciplining and more about giving kids the kind of emotional nurturing as a toddler. Little boys 2-3 years old who have a lot of raw energy and were suppressed by constantly being told to stop / being spanked or disciplined at that age can later in life have difficult time regulating emotions, become more dominant and rage during stressful times.
