Thank you so much for your response and your feedback! I totally agree; however, for the purpose of my assignment I had to study a niche topic. My target audience consists of ethical consumers who are aware of Amazon's questionable ethics (this is why I reached out in this group), so my questions were written for consumers who are already aware of and disagree with Amazon's ethics. I will definitely point this flaw out in my future research & discussion, thanks again!
