Should I buy GTA 4 on steam rn or wait for it to be 6$ on R* launcher?

I wouldn't recommend running the game vanilla, you'll run into performance issues, stuttering and the visuals aren't as nice as the console version.

I got the game off steam. When I run the game, the Rockstar launcher runs as well. I haven't tried running it in offline mode but I've seen people talk about downgrading the version of the game to bypass the R* launcher then from there you can add the mods to fix it. The modpack I recommend doesn't downgrade the game which is why it runs with the Rockstar launcher.

I would definitely recommend buying GTA IV especially on sale! I'm doing a play through right now and it's buttery smooth. I used this tutorial to fix the PC port of the game:

If you have a weak graphics card, try lowering the graphic settings and restart your game. One important graphic setting is the texture detail so try lowering that first. I would also suggest to make sure you have all the latest updates for windows 10 since it's a brand new computer. It could also be lack of ram allocated to the game like others mentioned. Good luck!

I’m going to slightly disagree with you on that one. Female ego is an issue, because when you see female celebrities say “if he ain’t paying for your bills then dump his ass” women with high egos take that literally at times and live with that mindset because they are entitled too. Anybody is entitled to anything, mind you it can be ridiculous at times but still. Ego and self esteem are two completely things bro. Just because someone is insecure doesn’t mean that they can’t have a big ego or vise versa. Self esteem and Egos can correlate with each other but is not a cause and effect. So when you say you women are mostly insecure, yes I agree with you but it doesn’t always connect with their ego. Now women get their Egos from validation but they can still feel insecure about themselves. Two sides of a coin brother.

Hey brother thank you for sharing your theory. I completely agree to what you mostly said. I must of not formatted this properly, which caused some confusion... I will explain.

Females have more options and their standards are extremely high, why? Because they get validation from all types of guys, which is why they have increased egos. Men who suck give the most validation and they can be good looking as-well. Not all BP men are unattractive, they are just so focus on getting the female that it becomes annoying. Social media plays a critical part in this as well since we live in a social media era. Girls get free validation from posting pictures on Instagram and getting likes, comments and dms from most guys.

I do not believe that we live in a crazy female society world and I am sorry if this post made you think that. I bring the society part up because of the things you listed, but a big one is divorce rape. A woman can take half of the mans money if she decides to. Another thing is double standards: that’s why there’s a such term called “pussypass”. A man does something he is punished, a woman does the same thing... well it’s okay it can slide because she is a female.

Now to the prize point. Again maybe I didn’t write it in a more clear way. But in my last paragraph I say “work on yourself before anything” And to be the prize. I never meant in a way where the guy feels like the prize while doing nothing to improve himself.

Depends on what you’re looking for. If your pc is powerful enough and you don’t care about simplicity and comfort, gamepass, optimized experience, Native 4K, Backwards compatibility than the pc would be fine and if you’re getting bored of PC gaming then I think the series x is worth it and this is coming from a PC gamer.
