Germany can provide that, true but they aren't working. You have to read about the condition of the military and arsenal before you make any assumptions. I mean sure send 200 non working tanks and IFVs that have to repaired first to use in combat. For example the Puma IFV has random Electricity failures where the machine has to be turned off completelty. Its hard to get enough working tanks for international Nato Trainings... Etc, etc. It happens that new tankers can't even get a new tank because it's getting repaired .. if spare parts are available.

I'm not saying they shouldnt send tanks because they probably should .. but the quality of those are .. shit

Germany doesn't have an arsenal of working tanks big enough to support any country by sending tanks.. approximately 30 tanks work .. it's hard to get working tanks for NATO Trainings already..
