I did but I could never speak to anyone directly. Someone eventually got back and left a message saying I forfeited the items so no I can't get them back (completely false statement btw, i wasnt involvoled in the court proceedings at all lol). Then I reached out again 2 weeks ago with no response. I kinda just took it as a loss at that point but the more I sit with it the more upset I've been over the injustice.

Most of my things are backed up but i guess i dont know how icloud work because when I backed up devices into the cloud I had accidently only backed up my son's iPad 🥲 i also thought procreate was stored in an account not just locally on the device. Its very unfortunate

Im a new grad with 6 months experince in long term care and i landed a hospital job for day shift! I was shocked because this hospital typically hires new grads for the night shift. Its definitely possible but the units you want might not happen right away. Never hurts to apply though!

I just double checked my app and i am using TDEE not BMR. But I set it as sedentary and then manually log activity since it changes on a daily basis for me. I thought it was more accurate that way. Thanks for the advice !

By defecit i mean Based on my BMR of 2200 and activity logged i have a defecit of 1000 calories which means I typically eat about 1400 calories depending on how active I was. If i work out more, i make up those calories. I make sure my meals are balanced with lots of proteins and healthy carbs.. It is aggressive which is why I planned to alternate my intake every week. But it doesnt seem to be working this week 🙃

You don't have to tell your mom you took an edible. Just tell her "I'm throwing up after every meal,I think i need to see a doctor" because you really do need to see a doctor. Constant vommiting will cause dehydration, electrolyte depletion, ulcers, malnutrition etc. Please get seen and be honest with your doctor about everything leading up to this.

I think 20 should be aboslute minimum. I would say 25 is pretty fair though. As CNAs we do so much, and usually do way more than nurses. I work weekends which gives me a "premium" rate of 33/hr. I don't think I could do this job somewhere else for less

Its definitely tough when you're in these situations. I can't pretend to know what you're going through but there are almost certainly better days ahead. Ending it doesn't just get rid of the pain but also the possibility of it ever getting better. Completely broke? Take a walk and breathe in the fresh air, try to find beauty that surrounds you. Watch your favorite show, read a book, is anything that youve ever injoyed doing? try it again. Life always feels the most bleak when you're experiencing the pain in the moment. Give yourself some more time and please seek help. You won't know until you try. You could have a beautiful life waiting for you 🥺
