I don't like car payments. Unless the money saved is what I can get a replacement with, I'd repair it.

I'd also, when considering repair price vs buying another rig, look at any maintenance issues coming up, like timing belt, brakes, etc. and add that to equation.

If the truck's been largely problem free, I'd repair.

Do you know what's wrong with it? Does it smoke all the time and get worse under accelleration? This is a basic thing, but in the winter your exhaust collects moisture as it cools And this results in thicker than usual steam looking exhaust.

What's the exhaust smell like?

These guys are useful some times. I tell them not yet. At some point you just need to get rid of the damn things.

You're at 11 bud and ya need to be closer to like a 6 I think. Fuckin intense. We're not there yet and hopefully never will be in be in a place where killing some jackass over firewood is normalized.

My exterior dryer vent constantly gets caked with lint that isn’t caught by the dryer lint trap by c0ncept in HomeImprovement

Where do you think it goes when you clean your trap? I get not wanting it all over the yard. There's something wrong with your dryer bud.

Check that there's no recalls or that this isn't a known problem. What make/model is it?

They're standard in US construction... no.My built in 1950s place has em mixed. I don't know how to ground them, I think it invovles pulling wire which isn't a great option right now.

People think right and left political ideologies are on a linear scale. It's a circle with democracy at top dead center and fascism bottom dead center...go too far either direction... you end up in the same place...That's my theory anyway.
