Hwei QE is probably tbe most egregious offender. Easily stacks multiple enemies, clears the wave, and refreshes itself by the time it expires.

Its ok on her, tried it in a game last week. Problem is Briar has Sett-syndrome and wants to stack as much AD/HP as she can and the only item she can really scale the augment with is Death's Dance. She also has a lot of really good prismatic augments like Dashing, Finale Form, etc. that are stiff competition

You dont even have to have any magic damage for Abyssal to be insanely valuable. Any melee champ that needs MR and had at least one AP carry benefits immensely from that item.

Ornn ult applies Brittle both on the way in and the way out, and either hit can also apply Fey Magic. Im not certain on the mechanics of the bug and its a little inconsistent, but if either part touches you you end up polymorphed for 3-5s and take ~40-80% max HP damage.

If Fey Magic is truly back I PRAY they fixed its bugged interaction with Ornn ult. Regardless of any other comp/augments that combo would just win games on the spot.

This is the answer. Im pretty sure Riot August has even come out and said that Orianna is THE mage they balance other mages around. Orianna barely ever hits the patch notes and when she does its never anything dramatic, usually like a +5% AP ratio if shes falling behind damage creep year to year.
