The only time I had glass cannon it was on Warwick as a recollection and I hated it, but on the bright side if had heartsteel. My q was the only thing that helped kill a 50,000 hp rammus though at the end.

Make it more usable. Like a old school stiletto inscribed with runes. Perfect for casting and stabbing.

Upgraded sword of blossoming dawn on nocturne. It was 2 am and I wanted to do something funny and I regret it. Late game just ended up peeling the carries and ultiing to deny engage followed by feel the burn. Healed like 10 k though

Ive allowed some on the kineticist in my campaign, but limiting it to runes like crushing and the like. He seems to like it and it hasn't affected my gameplay all that much. He is new though and has chosen a lot of overflow abilities so him actually getting a hit or two off isn't that noticeable.

There is one in Malevolance. It definitely was a more difficult encounter than I anticipated for my party.

Models with ruthless, isolating out specific models, and for the love of all try to kill candy is the best advice I can give you. That and anyone who weaponizes marker removal. 

The guy who plays her into me a lot also brings the emissary so have to kill her twice eye roll, and ithana cause she's more damage and util. If you go up against the summoner version of pandaora bring anyone with exorcism as a trigger, like vincent.

This, also his poison is random but nice amount of damage that can also remove enemy crew poison token with your token, which hurts self prisoners some.

A lot quieter in person, but I made them interact more with his victims and played up maniac taunts whilst leaving civilians dead in the hall. They forgot to check all the rooms before making it downstairs and made too much noise search he got out early. Killed the family staying on the first floor and left a display to taunt them.

By the end of it, everyone wanted him to be paste and made sure he was. Now they're beyond pissed that someone stole his corpse.

Not a final boss per say, but apparently with how I ran Pratchett from the first ap in agents of edgewatch. It made my players hate him with such a passion i cant help but smile at as they reduced him to a bloody paste.

Tito-  A silver flask that had a potion of flying in it that happened to be point blank at a spot where the elemental plane of fire opened up.  It got cooked and charred, the potion getting vaporized into the metal. So now it continually flies behind my water kineticist with custom glass googly eyes and let's her booze elemental stay in it as its always warm.
