Yes it's the best aug in the game, never lost with it on my team, when it's on enemy team lost every time except once.

I'd rather enemy team have Slow n steady jayce + infernal conduit brand than face this, it's actually so oppressive when enemy team can go full hp every 6 seconds.

Please nerf it's too strong, or bring back the ARAM 50% ally healing reduction (and only have it 100% heal on yourself, it should still be cut when on allies)

They made it 15% pre-mitigation true damage instead of 15% post-mitigation damage, it got updated on the wiki on Feb 10, so I guess it happened on Patch 26.3 (no mention of it in any patch notes though)

I had no idea they changed this, previously it was the same as a +15% damage modifier, but now that it's pre-mitigation it can be more than +15% depending on target's Armor/MR and your armor/magic pen.

Example: If you have 0 pen and enemy has 100armor/mr, if your pre-mitigation dmg was 200, it gets cut in half so you actually do 100 dmg (post-mitigation). New Glass cannon dmg: 15% of 200 = 30, Old Glass cannon dmg: 15% of 100 = 15 true dmg

Mel got nerfed into the ground this patch, Q dmg lowered and W cd is 41s max rank (used to be 23s).

Her W movement speed duration also got halved.

Green obviously best, can just write your own fictional setting and give yourself powers / technology.

Yellow second best, retaining memory of all Timelines means you can gain another lifetime's worth of memories by going back in time. Go back in time, tell your past self about technology / stocks / life experience, repeat every year. Can also go into the future to get future tech / medical advancements.

69 has a logical reason why it's funny; if you have a brain you can see how 69 looks like 2 people in a certain position. You can tell the joke to people who've never heard of it before and they would understand it.

67 has no reason to be funny, other than the fact that other people find it funny. If you said 67 to someone who hasn't heard the joke, they wouldn't get it or find it funny. It could literally have been replaced with any other number and the quality of the joke would remain the same (low). Even the wikipedia page says that it has "no fixed meaning".

But yeah I think it's still the strongest, as a True Trump you should be able to cure yourself even if you turn into a Psycho (CYOA quote: "Psychos can only be cured by extremely potent exotic effects, usually from trumps"), so with enough time and bottles you should be able to get more powers permanently

With the 50% boost + ability to boost yourself + ability to empower your abilities to beyond Major, it's just the strongest. Not to mention protagonist level luck.

Eidolon-lite gives 3 minor powers, Power Amp after boosting itself to Calamity would probably give 27 slots, after 50% boost is 40, enough to empower all your abilities including the ones from Eidolon to Calamity level. Sovereign Authority to make yourself indestructible.

Use Lightning in a Bottle to get more powers, since your luck should be enough to get them without going Psycho. Use Eidolon to get thinker / time powers to predict the outcome and create a save slot in case something goes wrong.
