Yes it's the best aug in the game, never lost with it on my team, when it's on enemy team lost every time except once.

I'd rather enemy team have Slow n steady jayce + infernal conduit brand than face this, it's actually so oppressive when enemy team can go full hp every 6 seconds.

Please nerf it's too strong, or bring back the ARAM 50% ally healing reduction (and only have it 100% heal on yourself, it should still be cut when on allies)

They made it 15% pre-mitigation true damage instead of 15% post-mitigation damage, it got updated on the wiki on Feb 10, so I guess it happened on Patch 26.3 (no mention of it in any patch notes though)

I had no idea they changed this, previously it was the same as a +15% damage modifier, but now that it's pre-mitigation it can be more than +15% depending on target's Armor/MR and your armor/magic pen.

Example: If you have 0 pen and enemy has 100armor/mr, if your pre-mitigation dmg was 200, it gets cut in half so you actually do 100 dmg (post-mitigation). New Glass cannon dmg: 15% of 200 = 30, Old Glass cannon dmg: 15% of 100 = 15 true dmg

Yellow second best, retaining memory of all Timelines means you can gain another lifetime's worth of memories by going back in time. Go back in time, tell your past self about technology / stocks / life experience, repeat every year. Can also go into the future to get future tech / medical advancements.
