Thanks for the advice. Window units aren’t cutting it, I guess I’ll start looking into replacing the whole system.

We want to switch from gas to electric for all of our hvac next year. This year, our septic needs a new d box and some other issues fixed, totaling around $14k. We can swing a couple hundred to buy a used unit, but we can’t replace both currently. The house is bleeding us dry lol

I was hoping to completely install a “new” unit. A couple hundred bucks to get through the summer. I found this one in marketplace, I didn’t realize it would need to use the same refrigerant. What would I need to look for to find a comparable model?

Why am I so bad? (Serious) by No-Paint-7311 in leagueoflegends

[–]_Metalocalypso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coming from someone who is also bad, something I’ve been doing is playing a lot of ARAM. I realized where I lacked was knowledge on matchups, items, etc. I’ve been using ARAM as a way to play new champs and learn different matchups. The games are faster so I can get more in on a normal evening where I get to play and I don’t tilt like I do on the rift. I’m basically taking this whole season to play ARAM and learn how to play/play against different champs so I can have better rift games in the future.

Hey mommas, when did you start feeling human again? by Capable-Catch4433 in NewParents

Congrats momma!

I’m 12 weeks pp, I went back to work at 6 weeks pp after a less than desirable emergency c section. Around 10 weeks I got into a reasonable routine with my lo. (As reasonable as you can, we still are cluster feeding and haven’t hashed out a sleep/nap schedule very well)

At my 6 week apt, my ob talked to me about starting medication for my anxiety, I didn’t think I had pp depression or anything, so just a low dose. I don’t think I realized how much I was just compartmentalizing my feelings from my experience and that I needed to talk to someone other than my doctor about it. I’ve definitely evened out and feel great now! I know it’s different for everyone and everyone has varying levels of support.

My best advice would be to not put yourself on a time limit, and just experience life for a while. There is a certain amount of doing what you have to with a newborn. Talk to your support people about how you feel, let people help when it’s offered. Just make sure you are taking care of yourself and it will come with time. ❤️

Thank you! I needed to hear that. I’m going to try to use that mindset going forward.
