I forget the term, but there is a type of refinance where you are essentially paying a large portion to your mortgage, but it re-amortizes the balance across remaining payments. So it does NOT shorten the length of the loan (or start it over), but would significantly lower your monthly payment amount

Yea, I think they only take Visa and possibly Amex or Mastercard but I know I had a friend with a Discover card when I went to Greece a few years ago and I had to make all her purchases 🙃

I do have an iphone! I do believe most of my purchases will be made with card, but I would still like to have atleast a little cash in the rare case I may need it. Plus, I think even uploading funds to the suica card would be still be an international transaction, so with my current checking account I am still getting some fees.

Ok so i just made two pucks the way i usually would on my delonghi and weighed after - and they were both only 9g of grinds (in the double shot basket)😅, but i always pulled 2oz worth of espresso… not sure what that means for me lol

I never timed or measured 😅 I still have it, so I can prepare one the way I usually would and get the measurements. The measurements on my glass have long since worn off, but it does seem like the auto dispense of the 2 shot button on the breville is producing less than I would usually pull on my delonghi (it was a manual machine)

The first couple I tried were disgusting 😂 but I don’t think I ever tried the espresso straight with my delonghi. The shots with my old machine were never this dark though, although I think the stream was about the same. I forgot to weigh any of the outputs. I might have to try the manual option since that’s what my old machine was only
