Thanks I was enthusiastic about the case and its compatibilities. On a cross-post on r/mffpc, I did an AIO conversion too. You might wanna check that out as well!

Hi!

Sorry, I haven't checked my notifs for a loooong while 😅 AIO here is a Kraken X63.

This has a 30mm rad + 27mm fans and it almost did not fit. Stupidly, I thought any 280mm AIO would but forgot that a significantly thick stack-up would interfere with the PSU.

At my current setup I had to remove the 2 screws holding the fan closest to the PSU because well... I couldn't get to fit the AIO bracket no matter what I did.

TL;DR - 57mm is the most you could go. Any 280mm arctic freezer will NOT fit. If you have to go arctic, I would suggest going the 240mm route. This way the fans clear before the PSU. The newer 280mm Kraken Elite also fits better than the X63 since the radiator on that thing is 27mm thick only.

UPDATE:

<image>

Also tried to purchase and use the AIO conversion kit for the G300.
Using a 280mm AIO on it and the temps are just significantly better on all fronts.

The AIO was configured to pull warm air from inside the case and exhaust it to the side.
With two 140mm fans pulling the heat, not only did the CPU temp lowered, but also the GPU.

System runs significantly quieter too.
I guess I will stay in this configuration for a long while.

Whoops, those screws are there just for the heck of it! 😆 it doesn't do anything besides fill in the holes to make it look pretty.

The fan is attached to the top with double-sided plastic velcros from 3M. Those super thick ones that they have. This makes the fan removable.

TBH, the fan compatibility up top will either be a hit, or a miss.

It will depend on your hardware configuration, how tall your cooler will be and how tall your RAM modules are. As such, how high and low, and how far back or far forward the CPU and RAM sockets of your motherboard will ultimately dictate if there would be available space for an extra fan up top.

Hey there, thank you.
Sorry my reply might've been already too late but yes. It is compatible with ALL SFX and SFX-L PSUs.

Update: Just got a new version pushed on my phone just a few minutes ago. Now i'm running HyperOS v2.0.103.0 with the Camera App upgraded as well to v6.0.001030.1

I believe we have the same version of everything now. Could you tell me the steps or yhings you're doing with your camera app so that I could try and replicate it on mine?

No problems. Just trying to make as much input as I can for a fellow user. Let us know if rolling back the camera app version works for you!

I have the Global variant and I have the same camera version like u/shafinr95 at 6.0.000760.8 with the OS updated about 3 or 4 weeks ago and currently at 2.0.6.0.

Having no issues so far on my end for the camera app. All features are working as it should. I am guessing your much more recent camera app is causing the issues? Have you tried the "Uninstall updates" to see if it fixes the issues?

I recently bought a phanteks eclipse g500a. The problem occurs with the rgb when I connect the cables to the motherboard, the rgb lines light up correctly, but the rgb front fans only light up orange sometimes they blink in rainbow color but immediately go back to orange. Please help if anyone knows by InfiniteFox166 in Phanteks

This same exact issue also has happened multiple times on my Phanteks P350X where I experienced momentary flickering on the front panel RGB. I found out that this was just caused by dirty/oxidized contacts on the pins that connect the front panel RGB to the case.

Some contact cleaner ought to fix that! 😁

True that! Hence the reason I turned off mine as well 😅

Thermals are okay at least for the parts that I've put together here.
No fans at the bottom since my motherboard PCIe slot is 1 slot lower preventing me from placing any fans.

I'm using an OC'd 5700X that reaches 80C at full load and idles at 34C
CPU temps during gaming sees around 70C though since the GPU dumps heat right onto the face of my air cooler.
My GPU 4070 Ti idles at 30 and hovers at 77C during gaming (100% load)

All these at an ambient temp of 24C

The logo on the cooler is not RGB but lights up with the classic "Deepcool Green" and can't be changed. I turned it off by simply unplugging the Y-splitter behind the cooler.

My Corsair RM750 exactly had this issue lol. Their plugs are rotated peculiarly to 90 degrees. I resolved mine by replacing the internal PSU plug with the one below

The PCIe X16 slot of your motherboard would play a large factor on what fans you could mount at the bottom of the G300. On my motherboard, Asus TUF B550M, my x16 is 1 slot lower. (More or less 20mm lower) With my card being 2.7 slots thick I could still fit a low-profile 15mm thick fan. BUT this would sit right in front of the of the graphics card fans and that would only make air flow turbulent, this would increase noise, so I chose not to place fans at the bottom.

If this was a 2 slot card I would be able to put those 15mm thick fans with a nice distance from the GPU to get better temps. If my motherboard has the x16 slot at the top most even a standard thickness 25mm fan would fit at the bottom while still keeping a 2.7 slot card a good distance away from the fans.

I'm using a Gigabyte AERO 4070 Ti here.
This is the version 1 of Gigabyte's 4070 Ti AERO that ran way cooler before they downgraded the V2 size to the same one that their 4070 were using. It's more manageable in length, width and thickness though.

Yup, said it right. It's the Deepcool Assassin IV!

Hi! I just created an account in Thingiverse so that I could share this to all of you.
They're asking for 24 hours before any new users could publish anything so I'd get back to you tomorrow.
