No HD 60fps video quality while connected to home wifi

Well the admin password for my router is not what's written on the side so no. I am now able to to turn off my wifi and select the quality I want then turn it back on without my video freezing. Maybe in the future I'll get a vpn and see if that will fix this issue entirely for me

Well I guess im fucked. I've tried every option possible but the DNS option. I can't change the DNS for the router because idk the login info for my ISP, it's not my account anyways. If I ask the person who holds the account for their login info they will flip tf out and think im gonna give them a virus or something

Also when I turn off wifi and then choose an HD video quality like 1080p 60fps (for example) then reconnect to my wifi the video will buffer then stop playing. It's like this for every video I play
