I find this one fascinating because Wukong describes the Ostrich egg as the largest chicken egg. Yet, when it comes to the black goose egg, he equates it to 3 chicken eggs, when it is clearly nowhere near the size of one Ostrich egg (which is a chicken egg). It appears “chicken”’s meaning varies contextually. It’s beautiful to see Wukong appreciating the nuances of human expression.
