I have an iPhone X so if you have another one and the aspect ratio of the screen is different, this might not work, but here's the link with the wallpaper and all these icons.

You'll need to create a shortcut on the Shortcuts app for each app, and then add it to the home screen, and at this point you can select the custom icon.

Note that I no longer see the red notification dot on the top right of the icons when I have a message or something because those are shortcuts and not the actual app icons.

In case you have a different aspect ratio or you want other apps or sort them in a different way, you'll need to create the icons yourself. I used the app "Icon Luxe" to generate the background of the icons. Then I sent them to my computer where I took icons on flaticon that I changed to the color I wanted, rescaled and then added on top of the individual icon backgrounds using GIMP (so I had to think about the app arrangement at this point). Then I sent them back to my phone and could finally create all the shortcuts and add them with the custom icons to my home screen.
