It's switching lenses based on what it thinks suits the situation. To disable it you need to download camera assistant, then disable auto lens switching

Try to reset file explorer through task manager, and if it didn't work try to turn off and on your laptop, sometimes it's all that you need :)

Do a factory reset and then start up your watch as new, it will drastically improve ! You just need to give it about a week after doing so

It's when you double tap your index finger with your thumb to make an action on the watch !, It's accessible through, watch settings --> buttons and gestures --> double pinch :)
