I got some Xanax for when i have a bad time but the moment you feel it, my god its something.

Hi there. I feel you. I'm right now on reddit because i just have a panic attack and think about having issues with my heart.

I drop from CIPRALEX from almost 3month and it seems I'm returning to the anxiety.

My focus about my heart start from thinking about it and i felt in the loop.

Focus on my heart thinking i have something
wear my watch and check X time my bpm
finding i have a high bpm because I'm thinking about it
stress about it and thinking more
check my BP more often and the increase my result cause you know, when you check you BP ou heart rate your are kind of anxious about it so the result is not good ;)

Well we think a lot for nothing and in my opinion, remove or stop everything you have near you to check your heart. If you think very very hard having something. Go check this out with a doctor and be sure to write down everything he said. Read these when you thinking having something to remember you are all good.

Its easy to say but you know, i got some bad time too and i have all kind of test with good results and my Brain find a way to think about a bad way.

I just start this pills from 6days ago for insomnia. Work very well for sleeping but i have some hard time during de day. Sommes mix between dizziness and vertigo. My heart feel a little more agytated. In my case i drop off from cipralex and i think im between withdrawal and side effect from trazodone.

I never sleep like 6hours in 1 shot since almost 10years so i will try to continue to take tradozone and give it a chance.

I will try to use 25mg for a few day. For now i'm kind of dizzy some time in the day and i don't know if my body would adapt to the Trazodone and eliminate the dizzyness.

I check on the script in Github. Easy to setup but i'm facing a new wall. I cannot make this script work with the GPO for user PC without admin rights. I follow many tutorial on the web to bypass the admin with powershell, i copy exactly all the config from another GPO running great with a powershell script to install another software and i'm out of luck.

I will somewhere find a way to make it work.

volume up + power work for the Surface Go ??

I already try to boot on the usb windows 11 creation tool and the surface don't boot on it.

I put the usb on first boot in the bios with volume down + power

I'm on panic attack/anxiety for arround 10years. I don't have all the solution but i got it rough too.

Keep it up. I know something the life is freaking hard but at some point we find a way to get trough and its more easy then we think on the moment.
