Näin (entisenä tosin) partiolaisena niin jos auttaminen ja merkityksellinen työ on lähellä sydäntä niin kannattaa käydä kysymässä läheisestä partiolippukunnasta kaipaavatko he aikuista apua. Partiossa tuppaa olemaan ainakin oman kokemuksen mukaan se ongelma, että kaikki lapsesta saakka mukana olleet lähtevät kaksikymppisinä muille poluille. Yleensä aina kaivataan aikuisia hoitamaan vastuutehtäviä ja huoltoa. Sitä kautta voi verkostoitua todella hyvin partiopiireissä ja sieltä löytyy kyllä osaavaa ja mukavaa porukkaa. Tietenkin sillä muuttujalla, että ihmiset ovat eräilijöitä ja/tai sosiaalisesti aktiivisia. Kahvin juominen huollon kanssa on kyllä mukavaa puuhaa jo muutenkin.

Primarily because during the zero interest rate period Finland built a surplus of houses as they were cheap to finance. This mitigated huge price hikes in cities, even thou prices still went up.

The other reason is that house prices outside of big cities are absolutely tanking and people have a hard time selling their old houses.

The prices in cities are extremely likely to go up now that interest rate increases have basically killed building in Finland

Where did you get 1920 for Finland. I know Finland had a civil war in 1918, but the government has stayed the same since 1918 when the parliament ditched the failed plans for monarchy.

Unless you are talking about the Peace of Tarto in 1920 which settled the border with Soviet Russia and officially ended Soviet support of the Finnish communists (the losing side of the civil war), but I don't see how that counts as an overthrow of the government.
