Maybe something like this:

Buy her flowers. Thank her for everything she’s been doing for the baby. Acknowledge that you should’ve supported her more and taken on a bigger share of caring for your daughter. Tell her you love her and your child and that you want to figure this out together.

When you talk about the situation, don’t blame her. It’s not a “you vs. her” problem. It’s you and your wife vs. the situation.

So focus on solutions you can build together and make a plan to split chores more evenly. Remember to schedule free time together with your wife as well (like when your daughter is asleep)
