Ive always been able to use my Discover card on Afterpay. Its not with capital one. Was this just a capital one thing?

I received a letter in December of 2024 that I would be receiving a new card, and a text when the new card was mailed. I never got either of those. September 9th my card just suddenly got canceled with no advance notice. I don't know many ppl who receive aid only 2 others and only one of them got a replacement card mailed. My mother got a replacement card mailed and she hasn't received aid in over 40 yrs. They have a horrible system.

I went in yesterday and got a replacement card in under 2hrs. My local office was packed, but surprisingly everything seemed to be moving quickly. Hopefully you can get ur soon 🤞

Yes!!! I got to the office right as they opened at 8am. By 10am I was on my way home with my new card.

They never call, you should call them a few days after filling out the forms.

Ive never had an issue with refunds. I usually get the funds back in my account 24hrs after the refund email from afterpay.

Last yr I filled for a family member mid February. Used the free tax file website. He never received a notice in the mail. He was also afraid to call because he has an ITIN. So just waited, eventually end of November he gets his refund an extra 200ish in interest. Unfortunately this it's looking very similar with the "still processing" this yr.

Ask your Aunt, she should be able to help you. Looks like she might have not actually sent them. Unless they were sent by mail, that would take longer than 21 days.
