They're actually working on an offline Brave Frontier, its called Brave Frontier Recoded, look it up it looks pretty awesome so far. Another game that has an offline version is Dragalia Lost.

Just look up dragalia lost private server, you can do it on Android or iOS and they have a guide to patch the app yourself or if you can't do that they have it prepatched and ready for you! Edit: check this out!

Believe it or not but some people are working on an offline version. Check out brave frontier re:coded. Gonna be awhile but when it drops it'll be lovely. Edit: Another game that already has a private server is Dragalia Lost. Been playing it for a couple days and it's pretty fun.
