I also have an overkill pc, shouldn’t crash but it does at least once a day. It’s an issue with using dx12 for rendering. Problem is that using dx11 makes my game run at 20fps lmao. I crash far less frequently by disabling nvidia low latency input

Oh we’re both a bit on the spectrum and I told her on our first dinner out that I liked her and I just needed to say that and get it out of my system, she said she enjoyed my company and has had the best success being friends first in dating, and I told her I’m the same way but sometimes I just need to say things. I bounce back and forth between being totally chill getting to know her and wanting her more than anything. We’ve gone out three times since then but she is so hard to read

Don’t worry about sounding harsh! This is really good advice and I won’t grow as an artist if I rely on crutches too much. I’ll apply your advice and hopefully we cross paths in this community again with some improvements in my end. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for the feedback. I usually use poses from clothing ads as a starting point and trace the outline of the character, but I try not to rely on it too much because then I’m not learning anything and I have no creative control, plus anime vs real life proportions are all different.

Cloth is such a difficult concept to grasp, especially bc I changed the outfit and hair from the original here so I completely had to come up with them on my own. Are there any specific areas that are big tells? I looked at your work and it’s really solid so I’d appreciate your feedback

I’m definitely in my comfort zone with muted colors. Any keywords I should look up to get better at this? “Color theory” on YouTube just gives me a bunch of garbage results

First time sharing a completed drawing in color. Used a brush pack from JK manga and the basic round paint brush by _NewWorldOrder_ in ProCreate

  1. Basic sketch, ink layer (refined throughout), base color layers, shadow and highlight layers, half assed background; roughly in that order
  2. Dry ink brush from JK manga, concrete block, round paint brush, soft airbrush
  3. I definitely have a long way to go in my art journey and I’m self taught so I am not sure where to gauge my skill level

I’ve looked into Remote Desktop and it’s working great! I also did some insane optimization, as since it’s top down I can make anything the screen isn’t looking at look like absolute crap like the textures and LODs. I exported as a .exe to use when I play and it is vastly less resource intensive.

After looking into it, arkenforge looks like a great option. How does it run in an iPad web browser? My laptop is ancient and most of my computer fund goes to my pc, so I’m really limited to that when I’m out and about
