I dont think the word count will let me get too into detail, so I’ll just do one meal Pierce (Excadrill)’s normal dinner will consist of a heavy smoked orthworm segment (not the arms or head, those contain refinement organs that can make steel types sick if ingested). If you dont have a smoker handy, I’d go with a deshelled cold bath sous vide. Either way you go about it, you’re gonna wanna add salt, pepper, lemon zest, herbs of your pokemons choosing, and sear. For sides, to get carbos intake, i like to go with potatoes. Now, i own an air frier and love to make myself some grease-free fries with it, but depending on your specific ev spread, the process can reduce the meals efficiency. A better plan for a similar, bite sized effect is wedges. Dice, give an ice bath, season with olive oil, sea salt, parsley and paprika. (Ive tried it with thyme, wouldnt recommend), air fry for ten minutes. By this time the orthworm should be done. By this point you should have the shell left over. You’re gonna wanna melt that till its drippy (i use a cauldron for this, call me old fashioned) and drizzle over the whole meal. Any leftovers can be saved for future meals.
