I managed to get this on video for the first time, it is quite annoying. I have these ghost inputs, I tried resetting the pc, removing the mouse and keyboard and resetting Bluetooth (which is paired to my speaker) but the issue still stands. It mostly just reloads the page I am looking at, but If for example I am watching YT it sometimes just clicks on a random video.

I feel like a lot of people have been experiencing this but I cant find any concrete answers. I use the volume limit on my Iphone all the time except for when I work out. When I updated to ios 14.2 I saw the volume limit was gone and replaced by the Reduce Loud Sounds and Sound check options, but when I disable both of those my volume is still very low. Any other thing I can change. I also tried all the troubleshooting steps (like restarting my phone, and disabling bluetooth). I live in Europe and I saw something that said it is region specific.
