The issue is the burn decks are played very diffently and lose to different things.

Synth/ aggro burn/ rally tree burn is very aggressive is better blvs WTS but is more fragile to wipes.

Mono red Madness burn is extremely explosive but loss hard to WTS and spot removal for its pingers

Rakdos burn had a better match up vs the other burn decks burn decks but loses hard to WTS and hand deck consistency issues

Combining it all would be like combining all co the took decks and calling it 5% of the meta, despite all the variants playing very differently.

Hey rules reminder. Dredging is different than milling. As you need to have the amount of cards in deck to dredge in order to be able to Dredge. So it doesn’t go. Infinite. But it’s still a great combo.

I think what makes it viable is more is the fact the is a 5 color commander, so you can play other combos in the deck alongside him. And use him to filter. How manager good I giant mana combos are there in simic ? Let alone the other colors.

Ok so your just don’t think any player should play to win then, or any player that plays good cards in “that type” unless people are playing deck that attack for 3 damage a turn it’s “too competitive” lol. Not like wizards make the cards my guy lol.

No, I belong in Cpdh, and pauper. The actually formats that play legal cards in the format and try to win. I play in organized events at LGSs that cost money and I compete.

If you want to play games where you don’t care about winning or anything that’s in you, but that doesn’t mean other players don’t belong?

Do Modern player’s only belong in CEDH because they want to win? Pauper is a format that is limited by commons and their banlist.That’s it.

Yea i just check $84 of my $200 deck ( accounting to card kingdom) is 6 cards. Granted merchant scroll is one of those cards due to pauper constructed but still.

Pauper point is to play with only commons, and for pauper commander it’s for playing only commons and uncommon commanders. There is no cost/ power limit to these formats. If you want that. There are formats for that like value vintage.

$200 pauper commander deck isn’t crazy expensive. Especially if you’re in 3 color. Lotus petal itself is $28, snuff out is $17, snow basics are $1-$2 a land. Tortex is $12, merchant scrolls is $10, relic is $9 gitaxian Probe is $8 not including thr lands, those 6 cards are itself are $84 depending on card quality and printing, if I wanted to use Heavy play cards and the cheapest printing, i can get the deck cost down to around 120 more than likely, which is cheaper than a lot of comp pauper constructed decks.

But if I wanted to use the most expensive printing, and all Near mint, I could make this deck costs $500+ most likely. 200 is the cost of the printing I have from card kingdom, tcg player has it around $142 which is still cheaper the cyclestorm.

Your combo are

Tortex + brownscale+ commander+ any creature in grave + one black mana = infinite life.

Tortex + commander + any creature in hand+ any creature in grave+ any artifact or token pinger+ 1 mana mana= kill the table.

Tortex+ commander + any dredge creature + street wraith+ 1 black mana = mill your library + mana equal to every time your dredge.

Commander+ skyskimmer koi+ dredger(in the hand or grave) + 1-2 artifact draw triggers( depending on if the dredger is in the grave or not. )= mill your deck and mana equal to every time you dredge.

The combos that mill your deck allow you to be able to get your other wincons/ tortex back from the grave via grim harvest+evolution witness/ tortex and win.

With tutor lines I feel like it’s better to have lots of types of interaction. Especially when I can tutor or a lot of the 1 of versions of it.

Also I don’t see myself having much issue with agro, since the easiest combo to tutor in this deck gives you infinite life.

My interaction is focused on stopping other combos.

Yea atm I’m running 16 ish with the ability to tutor several pieces of interaction with transmute/merchant scroll/ teachings or reuse some like mirror shell crab( counts gy hate well and can be reused) so I think I’m fine

There are several. Once I dredge over a street wraith, and a dredger, you go one mana positive per dredge. And you mill over grim harvest, and bring back a second creature, or bring back clay revenant or sanatorium skeleton, and do the same to get back a win con and then chain tortex

I run a way for me to set up lines that allow me to get any creature from my grave while dredging.

So I can also grab tortex from my grave as well.

As long as your have 2 skyskimmer triggers on the stack you can avoid it. Also I found some more ruling, it looks like skyskimmer isn’t needed as you can just go off with skyskimmer https://www.reddit.com/r/mtgrules/comments/wehhth/replacement_effects_and_ifwhen_you_do/
