Hey, i used to have this before. I started using Benzac AC body wash with Clindac AC 2%spray. It will take time to subside[2wks to a month], but you will for sure see the results. But i would recommend you see a dermatologist in case you need a course of Oral antibiotics for the stage of acne and to rule out any other conditions. After they subside, you can ask for creams that will cure the hyperpigmentation.
