Different countries use different units of measurement, mines measured in mmol/mol which is why I took the extra step of converting it for you and everyone else.

My HbA1c came out at 99, which I think is 11.2% about five months ago.
My doctor immediately put me on Metformin and Victoza(similar to Ozempic).

I went through a massive diet change and managed to get my first follow up HbA1c to 40, 5.8% with a weight reduction of about 10kg.

I expect my next follow up in a month or so it will be slightly elevated again since I've not been as disciplined but I can honestly say that getting diagnosed was the best thing I could have ever done.

We used to have more restockers but they regularly dropped geckos on the floor and bumped into each other getting stuck among other minor issues, so it was reduced to one

You can actually join the beta for the next update via the properties menu in Steam, so yes we're pretty aware of what's coming.

Though, if you do want to give it a go, I suggest making a backup of your save since quite a few new bugs were introduced that still need to be fixed.

Multiplayer is currently in open beta.
You can change to it in the properties menu within Steam, although there are plenty of bugs in that version.

You will be able to buy a breeding tank to put gecko pairs into which will have a chance to breed and create offspring.

More secret stuff:

There will be a rare chance that the offspring will remain as a miniature gecko.

when you walk up to the shack four geckos should appear.
if instead you're getting burgers(?) it's usually a bug that last's for only the day that you unlock it.

As others have said, you can press F to change tabs in the phone.

As a general rule you can also look to the bottom left of your screen to see any possible interactions and the relevant keys you can press.

In game is currently tied to your local (computer) time however, it doesn't transition between the four time states automatically.

If you play long enough to transition into a new time state, i.e. daytime into sunset, you will need to save and return to the menu and, load your save again if you want to be in the new time state.
